General Terms & Conditions

Health Guarantee

All snakes purchased from us are guaranteed to be healthy and are represented honestly and truthfully. All of our
animals are well started and are guaranteed to be eating while in our care. We ensure that all of our hatchlings have had at least 3 or 4 meals minimum prior to shipping and will provide feeding records at your request. Due to
environmental changes we cannot guarantee that an animal will continue to eat on its same schedule once shipped. When a snake does not eat it is not a valid reason for replacement or refund. Once the snake is in your care you will be responsible for providing a happy and healthy environment for your animal. As we are unable to control what a customer does or how their husbandry is this is where our guarantee will end. We will always make ourselves available to help with any advice to get your new addition to eat and will provide you with our full attention to get your new arrival well started into your growing collection!

Genetics Guarantee

All genetics are guaranteed and signed genetic documentation with a photo ID of the snake will be included with
every purchase.

Payment Plans

Payment plans can be offered on most orders over $300.00, depending on the animal(s). Payment plans can last up to 30, 60 or 90 days unless other arrangements are made and a 25% deposit will be required to start a plan. Payments are to be made weekly, bi-weekly, or on a monthly basis. All payments made are non-refundable so please ensure that you intend on purchasing the animal before entering into a payment plan. Payments made can be credited towards other animals on a best effort basis if unable to fulfill your original commitment. If we are unable to supply you with the intended animal you will be refunded in full.


If you would like me to hold an animal, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. When an animal is on hold we will continue to feed it on its normal schedule and will care for it as it is one of our own until shipped or delivered. If we are unable to supply you with the intended animal you will be refunded in full.


Payment must be received in full before shipment or pick up of any and all animals. Payments can be made by EMT to Sales@shereptiles.ca or by Credit Card through our online shopping cart.


All of our shipments are professionally packed and are shipped out on Tuesday nights for Wednesday morning arrival. Most shipments arrive before noon however we need to ensure that you make yourself available between 9am and 5pm for receipt of shipment. We are a “Live Animal Guarantee – Approved Seller” though Reptile Express and all shipments are made to your door, unless you are outside of one of our service areas then you may be required to pick up at your closest hub.


Your snake has arrived!

Please open the shipping box and inspect all animals upon receipt, if you are unhappy with your purchase we must be notified within the first 24 hours. Once you have inspected your new animal, set it up in the appropriate sized enclosure and give it fresh water as shipping can sometimes dehydrate them a little. We typically suggest that you refrain from handling your animal right away and allow them to acclimate to their new environment. After 4 or 5 days you should be able to start offering food. For better feeding response we suggest that you start the animal off with what they were eating in our care. Once the animal has had 3 or 4 successful feeding feel free to try and slowly switch them over to the feeder of your preference.
